Ensuring a Smooth, Transparent Travel Experience

Clear guidelines and reliable support to make every step of your journey with Makkah Traveline as seamless and worry-free as possible.

Makkah Traveline is committed to providing clear, transparent, and fair guidelines to ensure a smooth experience for all our travelers. Please carefully review our policies below, which outline important terms regarding bookings, payments, cancellations, and responsibilities.

  1. Non-Refundable Bookings and Deposits
All tickets booked through Makkah Traveline are non-changeable and non-refundable. Deposits paid upfront for reservations are non-refundable.

  2. Payment Deadlines
It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure outstanding balance payments are made by the due date. Failure to meet this deadline may result in booking cancellation and forfeiture of any deposits.

  3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by airline policies and may be subject to additional administration charges. Refunds are processed within 7-8 business weeks once received from the airline.

  4. Booking Amendments
Changes to bookings are subject to seat availability and fare restrictions at the time of the amendment. We will do our best to accommodate changes based on current availability.

  5. Ticket Availability and Issuance
All quotes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until tickets have been issued, regardless of payment status. Tickets are typically issued within 48-72 hours of full payment, and within 12-24 hours for next-day travel. Contact us immediately if you have not received your tickets within these timeframes.

  6. Electronic Ticketing
Airlines primarily use e-tickets, so no paper tickets will be issued.

  7. Booking Reconfirmation
Passengers should reconfirm bookings with the travel agency or airline 72 hours before flight departure to check for any last-minute changes.

  8. Check-In Times
International travelers should check in at least 3 hours before departure, while domestic travelers should check in 2 hours before departure.

  9. Travel Documents
Passengers are responsible for ensuring all travel documents, including e-tickets, passports, visas, and insurance, are correct and valid for travel.

  10. Liability for Boarding and Entry Denial
We are not liable if passengers are denied boarding or entry due to incorrect or missing documentation.

  11. Passport Validity
Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the return travel date.

  12. Visa Requirements for the U.S.
Passengers traveling to the U.S. must apply for an ESTA visa on the U.S. Government website.

  13. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is recommended but not included in the booking. Claims are managed directly with the insurance provider.

  14. Credit Card Surcharge
A 3% surcharge applies to business transactions made with a credit card. Refunds on credit card transactions do not include this surcharge.

  15. Booking Confirmation
By not responding to our email within 24 hours, you agree to accept and understand all terms and conditions governing your booking.

  18. Non-Refundable Umrah Packages
Once booked and confirmed, Umrah packages are non-changeable and non-refundable.

  19. Accommodation Requests
While we strive to meet accommodation requests, an alternative hotel may be offered based on availability.

Two children under 6 can stay free with parents in the same room, though breakfast fees apply.
